Building on a device agnostic payment strategy, Visa unveiled at the 2015 Mobile World Congress in Shanghai plans to use in-car telematics to allow consumers to make mobile payments directly from their vehicle. Such a service would mean paying for drive thru, parking and petrol simply by driving up. Conscious of consumer concerns, Visa is first focusing on security before announcing partners and a rollout plan.
