This week IKEA launched its pilot virtual reality (VR) experience “IKEA VR Experience” using a HTC Vive headset. Once you put the headset on, it’s possible to enjoy walking around and interacting with elements of the kitchen while instantly changing its look and feel by selecting different material finishes. IKEA see VR as playing a major role in the future of their customers.
