Position Title:                                      Media Executive – Sponsorship & Integration

To be part of a dynamic team responsible for client event sponsorship, media leverage and the development of multichannel Media Partner campaigns cross-platform from planning through to implementation.  They have at least two years’ media agency experience with a passion for project management, strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude.


  • Maintains effective relationships with clients and ensuring in depth knowledge of their business and its needs
  • Provides support to the Partnership & Integration team in the development of client projects, plans and implementation
  • Identifies and delivers unique and innovative strategies to leverage brand strength and deliver to client outcomes
  • Researches past online campaigns and results, competitive actions, consumer behaviour and changes to the marketplace
  • Understands and interprets research, market data and systems
  • Searches for new, innovative and relevant communications ideas and presenting these to clients
  • Sources global insights/ideas for communications options
  • Presents ideas to clients (or assists in)
  • Generates appropriate reporting (competitive, performance tracking, budget reporting, contract management, marketplace trends)



  • Working with relevant TMS P&I Manager/TMS Brand team on relevant Toyota/Lexus models or Alpha Client team as required on identifying, evaluating, recommending, implementing and reporting on campaign specific sponsorship and integration initiatives
  • Liaising directly with client and relevant support agencies on projects you have been nominated to be key TMS contact for – this includes ensuring client and relevant TMS Stakeholders are kept up to date with campaign facilitation
  • Acting as team liaison with Ad Ops to ensure direct implementation and trafficking of all Partnership campaigns
  • Working with Head of P&I and relevant P&I Managers to ensure TMS best practice on all client and stakeholder facing comms
  • Adopt TMS Tools for reporting
  • Guide assistant learning
  • Support to Head of P&I to ensure that all media budgets are adhered to and correctly reconciled with Business units & Finance
  • Ensure all Media Plans are with Finance for end of month loading
  • Updating weekly client WIPs and attend when relevant weekly WIPS with client.
  • Contributing to Agenda’s for Internal Work in Progress meetings
  • Contribute to wider merchandising of TMS such as Takeaway, The Wrap and NGen program



  • Proficient communication skills including document writing and presentation skills
  • Be comfortable working with people of all levels and maintain high levels of professionalism and open lines of communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other agency software
  • Understands the importance of confidentiality and attention to detail
  • Able to demonstrate independent thinking and self-motivation
  • Ability to take projects from inception to completion, with guidance from direct reports
  • Communicates effectively to manage expectations and elevate challenges to ensure they are dealt with quickly
  • Follows process but also be able to suggest improvements to the existing process
  • Demonstrates initiative to help the broader team
  • Extremely organised and efficient time management skills
  • Demonstrates a willingness to be more client-facing, including developing social and presentation skills
  • Demonstrates proficient implementation and reporting skills
