Notes On Blindness VR, is an immersive virtual reality (VR) App based on the sensory and psychological experience of blindness as experienced by John Hull in 1983. The App was developed to support the premiere at Sundance 2016 of the feature film Notes on Blindness: Into Darkness.
Each scene addresses a memory, a moment and a specific location from John’s audio diary, using audio and real time 3D animations to create an immersive experience in a ‘world beyond sight’.
Notes on Blindness is available with or without a VR headset.
Want a magical VR experience? There’s an app for that!
