Facebook has launched a mobile ad network that will rival Google’s mobile unit, AdMob. Facebook has made agreements with an undisclosed amount of mobile apps as part of the mobile app network, including some major partners – Shazam, Zynga, IGN, Le Monde, Merriam-Webster, MyFitnessPal, Glu Mobile, Wooga, Deezer and Vinted.
The buying process has been made simple through the existing ad platform and can only be bought in conjunction with an existing Facebook campaign.
